Filet Mignon topped with a delicate bordelaise sauce and served with mashed potatoes and asparagus. Seared Wild Scallops Grilled Jasmine rice cake, Sriracha aioli, baby bok choy and a pea sprout salad with a sesame ginger vinaigrette.
